Private Classes

For newcomers to Pilates, we suggest beginning with several one-on-one sessions to grasp proper techniques and form before transitioning to group sessions.

Private classes are also ideal for addressing injuries, as a complement in holistic rehabilitation, or diving deep into Classical Pilates to refine your skills.

Group Classes

Our group classes are a structured yet intimate experience, where we purposefully keep to a capacity of five students per session only, so our teachers are able to spot form and technique. This class offers an introduction to the foundational principles, apparatus and handling, and pre-Pilates exercises to prepare for the order of Classical Pilates.   • Whether you're new to Pilates or have some experience, this class seamlessly integrates Basic level exercises, offering insights into their purposeful sequence.

Building upon the foundational principles learned in beginner classes, this intermediate dynamic session challenges both strength and flexibility.   • Led by experienced teachers sensitive to the needs of postpartum bodies, this class focuses on gentle yet effective exercises to rebuild core strength, improve posture, and enhance overall well-being. Designed to address common postpartum concerns such as pelvic floor weakness and abdominal separation.

  • Prioritise your spinal health with our Backcare Pilates class, meticulously designed to cater to individuals of all ages, including those with injuries or seniors. Specifically tailored for individuals seeking relief from back discomfort or aiming to prevent future issues, this class offers targeted exercises to strengthen and stabilise the muscles surrounding the spine. Designed to improve posture, alleviate tension, and enhance overall spinal alignment.

  • With a focus on core engagement, this class utilises the Spine Corrector apparatus to conditioning your core, strengthen the muscles that support your spine, and improve overall stability and posture for a healthy spine.
